Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept exchanges or returns on opened products because of their perishable nature.
If you are dissatisfied with one of our products for any reason after sampling, please contact us and let us know. We are happy to work something out.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A screenshot of your purchase receipt or payment will suffice.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the original format in which you paid for your item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after a few days, please let us know. Keep in mind that it may take some time to post.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
We do not issue refunds on gifts. If you’d like to exchange elements of a gift, please contact us.
