Custom Jams, Salsas, and Relishes

Have a unique flavor profile you’re interested in? Have several things you love that you’d like to taste together? We can make a custom jam, salsa, or relish/sauce to fit your unique needs.

Requirements:

-All custom items must be ordered in volumes of at least 40oz or more. They can be in any combination of sizes (such as 4oz x 10, or 8oz x 5, or two 16oz and one 8oz) but at least 40oz must be ordered. We will not make a custom item for any volume less than 40oz

-We will retain the recipe used for the custom item and may sell additional jars of the flavor. You will not own the rights to the recipe. If you wish to own the rights to the recipe and not have it potentially available to others, a special fee may be involved

-There are some combinations of items that are not safe for canning. If we believe that a canned combination cannot be created for you, we will work with you to create an alternative.

-If a combination cannot be safely canned for shelf storage, it may be able to be preserved in a freezer or eaten quickly for a shorter shelf life. If this is the case, we will let you know
